Faisal is the founder of Synechron, responsible for providing the vision and leadership that has facilitated the successful establishment of Synechron as a Global major in the IT Solutions and Services sector.

Faisal is well respected in the industry for his visionary outlook and strategic insights that enable him to drive business from the micro as well as macro perspectives, constantly reshaping the future of not just Synechron but the Outsourcing paradigm itself.

Faisal holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Aeronautical Engineering and a Masters of Science in Computer Science. He has 14 years of experience in both the product development and the IT services industries. Prior to founding Synechron, he was responsible for spearheading the technical development of enterprise level e-commerce applications for financial majors like Merrill Lynch and Dun & Bradstreet.

Zia is a co-founder of Synechron and oversees the worldwide operations of its Global offices with specific focus on Financial Planning and Control. He has played a key, multifaceted role in ensuring that Synechron's plans come to fruition.

With a unique blend of qualifications in Computer Science (Bachelors and Masters) and Finance (MBA), Zia has held an array of positions ranging from Business Development to Software Development and Project Management, in his 14 years of experience in the IT Services Industry. Zia is reputed for his expertise in establishing and driving several flourishing partnerships with leading financial and other industry majors, to establish Synechron as a "partner of choice".

Tanveer leads and manages Synechron's Global Development facility at Pune, India, using his extensive experience in conceptualizing and implementing people strategies and initiating talent development programs. With wide experience in the field of Human Resources, Tanveer also holds the reins to all Human Resource activities at Synechron. He is responsible for ensuring the high level of standards maintained by all Synechron Associates.

Tanveer is known for his natural affinity to people that has enabled him to build team spirit and unlock intellectual potential through training and development initiatives to improve job performance and quality. He has been instrumental in attracting and retaining talent for Synechron and putting in place a team of world-class professionals. Tanveer has also played a key role in inculcating and nurturing a professional, collaborative in-house culture that is rarely visible across large and mid-sized organizations.

As Managing Director of Business Development, Duane leads the company's Sales and Service strategies and methodologies for driving revenue. Duane Blanchette is an industry veteran with 21 years of experience in the technology industry. His extensive business development experience in a wide range of product and service industries, and his market insights have been instrumental in defining and actualizing Synechron's business development vision. Duane's expertise in addressing the needs of an ever-expanding customer base, his passion for client satisfaction and tireless work ethic have produced consistent revenue growth and a loyal clientele.

A graduate from the Porter & Chester Institute in Computer Electronics, he joined Synechron in October 2001. Prior to his current role, Duane has held a variety of sales and management positions with Summit Systems Consulting, GE Capital Consulting and TAC Worldwide.

Kevin heads and manages Synechron's office in Charlotte, NC. He joined the company as a Director in 2004 and has played a pivotal role in the conversion and growth of several of Synechron's major accounts. He has over 15 years of experience in providing consultation to several global majors from the financial services industry such as JP Morgan Chase, Credit Suisse First Boston and GE Capital's Structured Products Group.

A graduate of the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, Kevin has also completed the Level 1 Examination of the Chartered Financial Analyst Program. Prior to joining Synechron, he led Technology Project Management initiatives for Financial Services industry majors, having worked with KPMG Consulting's Wholesale Lending Practice & TCG Software.

As the Managing Director of Capital Markets Domain Practice at Synechron, Ahmed is responsible for originating new accounts for the company and managing & growing the existing ones. He brings significant domain expertise to Synechron, with over 11 years of experience in the Capital Markets, including a niche focus on Trading and Risk Management Systems.

Ahmed's areas of expertise within the Capital Markets domain include Systems Analysis, Systems Performance Engineering and Quality Assurance services. He holds a degree in Computer Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. Prior to joining Synechron, Ahmed worked for several major players from the Capital Markets domain including Deutsche Bank, Merrill Lynch and Prudential.

Bruce brings to Synechron a blend of over 25 years of business–technology insight, entrepreneurial vision & professional IT consulting experience with a specific focus on the financial services domain. A Wall street veteran, Bruce has previously worked with global financial majors such as JP Morgan, Citigroup and Morgan Stanley, in addition to founding SysCore, a highly successful enterprise technology strategy and data architecture consulting firm with presence in the US & UK and now a Synechron Group company.

Bruce plays an instrumental role in enabling Synechron to leverage SysCore's complementary capabilities and established market presence, to accelerate the realization of its business goals. A fitness enthusiast, Bruce's other pursuits include cross country running and skiing.
